After my wrist injury, I’ve learned to listen to my body, slow down, and find gratitude in the process. Adjusting to life in a new country has also been a challenge, but I’m choosing growth over fear. Let’s navigate this together! 🌿💪🏼💖⁣

Después de mi lesión en la muñeca, he aprendido a escuchar a mi cuerpo, ir más despacio y encontrar gratitud en el proceso. The struggle I’ve faced over the past 10+ months has tested me in ways I never expected. ⁣
⁣
Not being able to train the way I wanted took a toll—not just on my body, but on my mind. There were days when the frustration and setbacks felt overwhelming, even pushing me to a dark place. ⁣
⁣
But as Robert Tew said, ‘𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗴𝗴𝗹𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂’𝗿𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗼𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝗶𝘀 𝗱𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗴𝘁𝗵 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗱 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗿𝗼𝘄.’ This process has taught me patience, resilience, and gratitude. Surgery is finally done, and now, it’s time to rebuild. One step at a time. ⁣

Update!! Ya la encontramos!! Gracias a todos por compartir!!!

Quiero compartirles la historia para que NO LAS EXTORSIONEN nunca.
(Los de la agencia hicieron un excelente trabajo y no pidieron nada pero en el proceso alguien que NO tenía a mi perra le sacó dinero a mi mamá aquí la historia)

Mi vecina se descuidó y dejó la puerta abierta, mi perra se salió. El jardinero se dio cuenta a las 7 am y ella se había salido 8 pm.

Acto seguido empecé a subir a todas mis redes y enviar mensajes a whats app tantos que me bloquearon la cuenta 😅.

A mi madre le escribieron a la 1. Am que según tenían a la perra. Le dijo un hombre que según tenía una casa de materiales en Jojutla y que había agarrado a la perra en Tlaltenango. Le dijo que no quería dinero pero que necesitaba $350 para la gasolina y llevarle al perro porque estaba llorando mucho y se habían quejado los vecinos. Mi mamá, que tenía miedo por la perra lo hizo, y luego obviamente le inventó otra historia para que mandara más dinero. Le mandó una supuesta credencial de elector y le dijo que no le mentía y que “era cristiano”. Afortunadamente mi madre no mandó más.

Paralelamente un chico en Facebook me mandó un mensaje con una historia de Mazda cuernavaca. En esta salía mi perra y decía que buscaban a sus dueños. En seguida me puse en contacto con ellos pero era la 1 am.

Mientras mi madre estaba en whats app con el otro tipo. Y le dijo que quería pruebas de la perra y le dijo que estaba muy lejos. Entonces mi mamá le dijo bueno mañana vemos. Y mágicamente un tipo envío la foto de Mazda pero recortada “el ayudante del que quería dinero” adjunto también los números de teléfono y de cuenta de estos individuos.

Afortunadamente hablamos mi madre y yo y le dije que ellos no la tenían. Que estaba en Mazda y teníamos que esperar que abrieran. Las chicas se portaron increíble, hasta la habían llevado a revisar al veterinario. Ellas no querían dinero si no solo ayudar.

Somos más los buenos que los malos pero desafortunadamente toca estar al pendiente!!

Today, we wandered the historic heart of Toledo, where every corner tells a story. I took my husband to one of my favorite spots, the stunning Alcazar library 📚, and together we discovered new streets and hidden gems we hadn’t explored before. ⁣

This city’s beauty never fails to amaze us—cobblestone paths, ancient architecture, and that timeless charm. Truly, Toledo has a way of making every walk unforgettable. ✨⁣
