Redefining pregnancy, postpartum, and mombod 🙂‍↕️👏

My entire journey I heard

“You’re going to lift that while pregnant?”
“You’re already workout out?”
“Don’t put pressure on yourself to train. Take a nap!”

To come out the other side stronger than I’ve EVER been! And only getting stronger.

The second I learned how to properly rack the bar, I was able to fix my form, squat to depth, do it neck pain free, and actually load the bar with how much I’m capable of without worrying about hurting my neck.

Once I realized hitting your macros is as simple as having TWO proteins prepped in the fridge ready to go.

It can be chicken and ground beef.
Ground beef and salmon.
Chicken and salmon.
Chicken and shrimp.
Shrimp and ground beef…

Doesn’t matter, just have them ready to go so when you’re hungry there’s no debate about what to eat. You have a STARTING point for a meal, and you can build from there.

Breakfast must have 30g+ of protein and the other 2 proteins will make up the rest for the day.

Hitting your macros isn’t hard, you just don’t have a system in place that makes it easy!

You do have to weigh your food, but I think everyone should be weighing their food!
