HOW I PREPPED EVERYTHING:

1. Preheat oven to 425
2. Cut potatoes and veggies
3. Threw them on sheet trays and put them in the oven
4. Cooked 3 # of beef in my large electric griddle
5. Started the rice while the beef was cooking
6. Beef done, clean off griddle.
7. Started chicken on electric griddle
8. Potatoes, veggies, beef, and rice done by now!
9. Rice done. Pack everything up in glass containers.
10. Made 3 loaves of bread for the fam the next day. Took me from 12-3pm to make the 3 loaves!

If you have time to scroll on DoorDash and wait for it to arrive, you have time for meal prep.

If you have time to get in your car, drive to the drive through, and order food… you have time to meal prep.

If you have time to sit on your phone for an hour, you have time to meal prep.

Time is the biggest excuse I hear when it comes to why people don’t take care of themselves.

If you have time and money for all the things that keep you out of shape, you have time and money to get in shape.

Your biggest mistake is letting one week off become 6 months off..

Simply because you’re overthinking what to even do when you get back into the swing of things.

I am here to tell you taking one week off whether it’s because you got sick or went on vacation, is not going to make you lose progress.

The more time you spend freaking out about the fact that you took time off is the more time you’re wasting just not getting back into your routine!

The best thing you can do is act like the break never happened!

I rather spend money on actual proteins than a bunch of things that say “protein” on it, but really are only 10-25g of protein in 1 serving. You need more than 25g of protein in each meal for me to consider it a high protein diet.

When you can’t even get the weight up, you’ll grab a lighter weight just to be able to, leaving gains on the table.

The proper set up will allow you to lift heavier because you’ll be able to start in a position that works in your advantage!

Learn the proper set ups for all your favorite lifts so that you can truly push your limits.

Working out alone in my garage gym has taught me how to set up for certain lifts while I’m alone 🤣
