As I begin a new chapter in my career, one thing will always remain the same—my passion for my craft and the heart behind BeYouty by Jess.

What started five years ago, while I was pregnant and in cosmetology school, has grown into something far greater than I ever imagined. This journey has been filled with lessons, growth, and so much joy thanks to all of you who have supported me.

While I don’t have every detail of this next step figured out, I knew there was a place filled with opportunity waiting for me. I knocked on a door—and walked into what I know is my future.

Estaba en mi tercer trimestre cuando me gradué del instituto Aveda. Fue un momento difícil para mí porque estaba en la escuela a tiempo completo y trabajaba los fines de semana. Lo que significa que solo estaba libre los domingos. Sacrifiqué tanto tiempo lejos de mi primera hija para comenzar esta carrera. Mientras estaba en la escuela hice mi pasantía en Voss Salon. Desde que di a luz a mi hija el año pasado, tuve que poner mi trabajo en marcha para concentrarme en mis hijas, pero actualmente estoy reconstruyendo mis clientes y planeo volver a la peluquería tan pronto como encuentre una candidata para mi niña. necesidades de cuidado de niños. About me!
I was in my third trimester when I graduated from Aveda High School. It was a difficult time for me because I was in school full time and working weekends. Which means he was only free on Sundays. I sacrificed so much time away from my first daughter to start this career. While I was in school I did my internship at Voss Salon. Since giving birth to my daughter last year, I have had to put my work in motion to focus on my daughters, but I am currently rebuilding my clients and plan to return to the salon as soon as I find a candidate for my little girl. child care needs. In the meantime, I do PMU hair and brow services on weekdays and weekends. I worked too hard not to go back to what I love to do.
