Hello Friends and Neighbors! As you have seen I have been silent on Facebook with both Broken Caber Adaptive Athletics and Wandering Lost Adaptive Sports. It is not from a lack of drive or passion for Coaching and Highland Games. Many of you know that I had knee surgery end of 2021. The recovery has been longer than I hoped but it feels 100% again. The issue of 2023 was switching prosthetic providers and the insurance mess that caused evidently. We started a new set of prosthetics in March. I am still waiting for my AK leg to be completed. It needed to be redone a few times as some of the parts I need are difficult to get and install. I should be back on my feet by end of Jan they tell me but we will see.

All that said, I am continuing to Coach adaptive athletes in Highland Games and strength training. Answering questions and having conversations thru Messenger. Please do not hesitate to reach out and I WILL see you on the field in 2024!
