What a fun weekend of softball!!! The girls played hard this weekend and definitely looked like one of the best teams. They pitched amazingly, had great hits, and made some wild plays. Aulbrey, the catcher, hit a back pick to second baseman ChaChi at first who timed it so perfect looked like a couple pros!! McKenna made two very cool plays where girls were safe at second and one at third, and she walked around them to sneak a tag in while they were adjusting their feet on the bag - two crazy momentum plays. Alexis hit a different diving catch. Ameliah, Bella, Elana, and Jules made tons of catches in the outfield. Briella hit a crazy jumping twist to avoid a tag and score at home, which ended up being the winning run. Sophia pitched her heart out. Great weekend, girls! We are thankful to have the freedom to play this game. Thank you to the hero’s who made the ultimate sacrifice for our freedoms that allow us to have weekends like this
