Now that the dust settled and we can clearly think back on the tournament without being rushed to make choices for awards I really think it’s important to acknowledge some players

Our Catcher Aaliyah got behind the plate for every game in that 110 degree heat made so many blocks and big throw outs

Ameliah had her best tournament of the year making so many plays at 3rd and hitting amazing

All of our girls did amazing they really all deserve shoutouts

But without our really stand out clutch performer in the biggest moments we would not have won this tournament. This player made so many big time catches in the outfield a position people don’t understand wins games. She had 9 RBIs 5 of them were in the biggest games of the tournament. She is our star Ace of the tournament Briella P**n what a star player for us

The Southern Aces 2013 team did IT!

They showed up & dominated!! 🔥

These Aces are the USSSA Space Coast World Series 12U-A Champions!! 🥇🏆

This week has been a long one with the heat & all the weather delays, but that didn’t slow these girls down at all!

7 games…. 7-0
SEVEN GAMES UNDEFEATED! 💪

The Aces batted .376 with OBP .494.

The Aces pitched something fierce with a BAA .127.

A combined 7 runs were allowed with 50 runs scored, & 39 RBI’s.

^^ We outscored the field, Fifty to Seven.

To say we’re proud of these girls is an understatement‼️

These girls have worked hard all season & came together for this… What a way to end the season!!! Thank you to all that have supported the girls to get this far.

We certainly couldn’t have done it without our Head Coach Shane & our Assistant Coach Matt. Thank you for all of your time & dedication to these girls!
…. Not bad for a couple Dad Coaches 😏

Happy Birthday to Team Mom Kristina McGonigal. The real MVP of the team. The coordinator of all events, uniforms, accountant, scheduler, sanction expert, team financial advisor, game changer, team doctor and we can go on and on how much she does for these girls!!!
