Down 20 pounds in 23 days.
I weighed first thing on dec 31 when i woke up, before eating or drink kn anything and was 213.4
193.4 today.
Just been eating dest meat and drinking water.
I quit caffeine completely at the same time.
I’ve been between 1100 and 1600 calories a day.
Losing weight is just eating a low enough amount of calories a day over time.
But I think doing no carbs has made me far less hungry.

Shocked myself with today’s run. Marathon is Saturday not on a normal Sunday. So had to bump by runs up a day. Did a half marathon at faster paces with walking breaks Saturday. Then walked up my Scott yesterday for Mother’s Day. Legs weren’t feeling great today, but I put it on 9.9 and was gonna hold on as long as I could. I try not to look at the screen for as long as possible. When i do I usually can’t go much longer after. When i finally looked down i was already at 2 miles so knew I had to finish. Gives me hope i May be fast Saturday. Although it’s supposed to be raining 😬

Started off with great paces this morning.
5k in 19:48
Crossed 5 miles at 9.1mph average still at 32:43.
Got to 15 miles staying at 8.0mph running with some 3.0mph walking drink breaks.

First marathon of the year. First run that was close to a marathon, despite being 20lbs over my goal marathon weight. I owe it to my short caffeine taper the last few days. My hope is to stay off the caffeine and get super serious with my calories the next few weeks.

1 year and 1 week ago i did the full 26. A little behind but still got months till the North Dakota marathon.

Pretty steady decent since Jan 1. I’ve been eating 2000 calories a day so not losing real fast. Wanted to peak for the marathon at the end of April.
The scale can mess with your head though. There was a point in the middle over two weeks where it looked like i had plateaued.
If you count everything you put in your mouth that can be a better gauge of your progress than the scale in the short term.

Ne treadmill record for a marathon. Also new record at running 8mph. Made it 20 miles with a few walking snack/Water breaks. Then did last 6.2 at 7mph. 2 moths out still and 10 lbs heavy.
