Down 20 pounds in 23 days.
I weighed first thing on dec 31 when i woke up, before eating or drink kn anything and was 213.4
193.4 today.
Just been eating dest meat and drinking water.
I quit caffeine completely at the same time.
I’ve been between 1100 and 1600 calories a day.
Losing weight is just eating a low enough amount of calories a day over time.
But I think doing no carbs has made me far less hungry.
