We’re proud to introduce Jose Perales, Commissioner of the Republic Football League.
Since 2017, Jose has:
➕ Founded & operated a successful multi-sport league
➕ Delivered 10+ seasons of competitive 8-man football
➕ Built inclusive, athlete-first sports communities
Beyond the field, he’s led initiatives supporting Autism Awareness and all-inclusive events for individuals with special needs, using sports as a tool for impact—not just competition.
Now, as Commissioner, Jose brings proven leadership, structure, and a community-first mindset to help build a league that’s sustainable, fair, and built to last.
