Overwhelmed moms, I need your help. 👇🫶

I’m working on something for The Habit Mama, and I don’t want to create another “helpful” resource based on what I think moms need.

I want to know what YOU actually need.

What’s something you’re constantly searching for, struggling with, or wishing someone would just make easier?

Meal planning?
Working out?
Getting organized?
Managing the house?
Finding time for yourself?
Building routines?
Feeling less overwhelmed?

Or something completely different?

Tell me in the comments, even if it seems small. 🤍

Your answer might help me create something that makes another mom’s life a little easier. ❤️

If you’re tired of figuring out what to make for dinner, steal ours. 🫶

We made this chicken crust pizza this week and it was SO good. A little more protein, but still crispy, cheesy, delicious pizza.

Chicken Crust Pizza 🍕

🍗 1 lb ground chicken
🥚 1 egg
🧀 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
🧄 Garlic powder
🌿 Italian seasoning
🧂 Salt + pepper

For the pizza:
🍕 Pizza sauce
🧀 Mozzarella cheese
🍕 Your favorite toppings

How to make it:
Mix the ground chicken, egg, mozzarella and seasonings together.

Press the mixture into a thin crust on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

Bake at 425°F for about 20 minutes, or until the crust is cooked through and starting to get crispy.

Add your pizza sauce, cheese and favorite toppings, then bake for another 5–10 minutes, or until the cheese is melty and delicious.

And that’s it! 🙌

Save this for the next night you’re staring at the fridge thinking, “What the heck am I making for dinner?” 😂

If your to-do list feels like it’s never-ending, this is your reminder:

You don’t have to do it all today. 🤍

Pick the ONE thing that would make your day feel a little easier.

Give it 10 minutes.

Then let that win count.

Because building better habits isn’t about suddenly having more time, more energy, or a perfectly organized life.

It’s about learning to take small steps in the middle of real life.

So today, don’t do it all.

Just do ONE thing. You’ve got this.

And if you need the reminder again tomorrow, save this. 🤍

Some days I can do the whole thing.

Some days I absolutely cannot. 😂

And I’ve realized that doesn’t mean I have to skip the habit completely.

I can make it smaller.

A 10-minute walk instead of a full workout.
One load of laundry instead of tackling the mountain.
Prepping one thing for tomorrow instead of meal prepping for the entire week.
Drinking some water and getting outside instead of trying to nail my entire morning routine.

The goal isn’t to do everything perfectly.

It’s to keep showing up in small ways, even when life is messy.

Because those little things add up.

So if today feels like a lot, don’t ask yourself how you’re going to get everything done.

Just ask: what’s one small thing I can do?

That counts. 🤍

What’s yours today?

If you’re tired of figuring out what to make for dinner, steal these 3. 👇🏼

These are 3 dinners we actually made this week, and none of them required me to make dinner harder than it needed to be. 👏

🦐 Shrimp pasta + broccoli
We used penne instead of fettuccine because it’s easier for our toddler to eat.

🐟 Air fryer fish sticks + homemade mac & cheese + frozen mixed veggies
And yes, frozen veggies absolutely count. 😂

🍛 Easy curry chicken
Found this one on Instagram and it was exactly the kind of “throw it all in and let it cook” dinner we needed this week.

This is what real-life dinners look like in our house.

Some meals are homemade. Some use convenience foods. Some take more effort. Some take almost none.

The goal isn’t perfect meals. It’s having enough easy options that feeding your family doesn’t feel overwhelming. 🤍

Save this for your next “what the heck are we eating for dinner?” night. 😂

Lately I’ve been thinking about how easy it is to spend the entire day taking care of everyone else… and then realize you’ve put yourself at the bottom of the list again.

And honestly, I don’t think the answer is finding an entire hour of “me time.” 😂

I’m trying to get better at looking for the small moments instead.

A walk.
A workout.
Eating a real breakfast.
A quiet cup of coffee.
10 minutes to myself.

They might not look like much, but they still count.

Because I don’t need another thing to accomplish. I just need to remember that I’m on the list, too. 🤍

If you’re in this season of motherhood too, what’s one small thing that helps you feel like you again?

If mornings feel chaotic, stop making breakfast in the morning. 👏🏼

One small habit we’ve been working on: prep tomorrow’s breakfast tonight.

Last night, we made chia seed yogurt for both me + my daughter, plus breakfast burritos we can just reheat in the morning.

Nothing fancy. No big meal prep session. Just a few minutes at night that means one less thing to figure out when the morning chaos starts. 😂

Our chia seed yogurt:

🩷 Mine

• ¾ cup Greek yogurt
• 1½ tbsp chia seeds
• ½ scoop 1st Phorm Phormula-1 protein powder
• ¼ cup milk

🩷 Toddler version

• ½ cup Greek yogurt
• 1 tbsp chia seeds
• 2 tbsp milk

We’ll add fresh strawberries in the morning. 🍓

Because sometimes building better habits isn’t about having more discipline. It’s about making the habit easier to do when real life gets busy.

What could you prep tonight that would make tomorrow morning a little easier?
