When you are a new team, and you get your a$$ handed to you in a double dip, you can be pessimistic, or you can realize WE GET TO PLAY ANOTHER GAME.

The boys came out to play and played hard all 14 innings. Nothing but grit and hustle. With a short squad, most everyone needing to play all 14, the Gorillas and the Twin City Assassins played the game the way it is meant to be played.

The Assassins played 2 great games and earned the sweep. Good luck the rest of the season, thanks for hosting Derek Haskell, and a shoutout to Joe Douglas and Dillon Douglas, who both homered in the same inning.
