My adaptations to the Viparita Karani yoga pose—there’s more to it here than just legs up the wall! Listen to the whole thing for further deets and coming out of the position. Riding back into Social Media Town a little while back after taking a hiatus, there has sadly been various episodes of my direct or indirect involvement has had an effect on me.

It seems that no matter how hard I try to educate, share, connect while remaining neutral and true to myself, things can be misinterpreted, misjudged, misused, etc.

So-o-o, I’m saddlin’ up and back onto my horse, and I’ve updated my Substack post (link in bio) further describing the “why’s”, while hopefully further educating those who take the time to read it.

I really do feel a lot safer in my own professional Universe.

Seen and treated by another excellent clinician, however excellent example of how: one size does not fit all, measures can suggest different things depending on the lens one looks through, optimizing compressive loading capabilities supersedes what a body is doing in space IMHO….
