After a convincing 8-0 win in the Semi-State Finals against a state-ranked opponent, Eli will be traveling to Indianpolis tomorrow to compete over the weekend in the IHSAA Wrestling State Finals at Bankers Life Fieldhouse in Indianpolis. What has impressed us most this season with Eli is that he has stayed dedicated to his daily process that has got him to where he is this week. He has trusted his training, coaches, match preparation, and pre-match rituals. He has taken a lesson from each of his victories to better prepare him for his next match. Most importantly he has given thanks and acknowledgement to his God throughout the entire journey. Eli, know that we are all with you in spirit when you step onto that mat this weekend. Go get em’ boss! 🦅

This Saturday Eli will be competing in the IHSAA Semi State Round at East Chicago HS in Indiana. Last week Eli won the Regional in 195lb class convincingly and beat a worthy and undefeated Penn HS opponent in the Finals. He was both patient and aggressive in his finals match which allowed him to score multiple takedowns and get back points more than once. Additionally he displayed great defense and poise. We are excited to watch Eli compete this Saturday and continue to display both physically and psychologically strong attributes under pressure. Execute your match plan and go get em’ Eli! 🦅

Culver Senior Eli Pack has begun his Indiana State Wrestling Tournament run. Last week Eli competed in the Plymouth Sectional, dominated his 195lb class, and took the Sectional Championship. This Saturday Eli will be traveling to Penn High School along with teammate 138lb Samuel Suppes to compete in the Indiana Regional. Eli has had a great Senior Year at Culver. He was a Captain of the Football team which got deep into the Indiana Sectional, is Captain of the Wrestling Team, and has committed to wrestle at the US Military Academy. Eli is one of the most decorated wrestlers in CMA history and we are looking forward to his competitions this week at Regionals and beyond! 🦅

I went through and rounded up a ton of old photos from the past 13 years at Culver Academies. What a ride with great memories. Some great young men and women and outstanding coaches to coach beside! I had some really good and supportive parents along the way as well. Blessed - Coach Matt Behling
