Jump while your arms and legs extend out and in.

Knee folds

Lay on your back! Fold your knee over the opposite leg and lift.

Leg lifts

Lay on your back! Lift both legs into the air.

Tread climbers: running

Place hands flat on ground and run with your knees going up towards your stomach.

Tread climbers: normal

Place hands flat on ground and bring your knee in towards your stomach.

Triangle knee in

Place forearms flat on the ground and bring your knee in towards your stomach.

Plank
