Welcome to the Bama Amateur Shootout Series page!

We are a shootout-style, member's only fishing club based in Cullman, AL.
All season awards are based on a simple point system and we have multiple wildcat events open to non-members every season! 🐟💲

A quick breakdown of the B.A.S.S. Club Points System:

1 point for attending an event.
1 point for weighing in.
1 point per fish weighed.
3 points for Big Fish.

1st: 10 points
2nd: 8 points
3rd: 6 points
4th: 4 points
5th: 2 points

Wildcat Events will be $25 to compete with payouts for 1st place total with, and Big Fish! Additional Payouts possible with high attendance events.

Club Rules:

1. Fishing will be from safe daylight start horn until weigh in 5 hours later.
2. No penalty for dead fish.
3. Can't weigh dead fish as big fish.
4. No live bait.
5. Lake regulations on slot fish.
6. 50 yard rule.
7. No grace time on weigh in, all teams must be at the dock at weigh in time.
8. After 1 warning, your team will be disqualified from the series. No exceptions.
9. Live well check mandatory.
10. Any changes to the schedule must be voted on, and each club member gets a vote.
11. Teams must fish all 10 tournaments to fish the classic.
12. All members must sign rules form.
13. Only one guest per member per series, at least one original team member must be present at each event.
