Well not a great night for team Redneck Quality Racing but not a bad night. Had some problems with transmission in the heat race, ended up adding 2 qts of trans fluid and it was better. Swapped tires off the neon which was what Brittany Booth ran and broke a cv axle. Just as I got done swapping tires the track crew was at our pit telling me to line up. Went out for the feature ( which may I say came rather fast ) starting 3rd. The pole car had problems and ended up pulling off which now bumped me up to 2nd place. Lost the left rear tire didn't know the tire came off, couldn't feel it but the caution came out and I was told to get off the track. Got a tire put back on, as we are given 3 laps to change a tire and came back out now starting 19th. Ran a good clean race and ran the car as hard as it would go. We're missing some hp to be competitive but charged hard and made our way through the field for a 10th place finish. Brad Robison car wouldn't run right so he didn't make the feature. Kinda glad his didn't because he was definitely needed on helping change a tire, thank you by the way. Robs car has a broken axle and wasn't able to get it changed by the time racing came around, well get it Ras Saumier. Brads son Peyton broke in the mini wedge after a throttle cable issue prevented him from continuing on. Bennie Miller thank you from the bottom of my heart for doing all that you do for me, really glad to have your buisness on the car as a sponsor. April Irene thank you a ton for coming out and supporting. Alley Marie Robison and Amanda Roderick thank you for keeping an eye on tj while Brittany and I ran our races. James Wheeler also gotta say a big thank you to you as well. If you hadn't been there I don't know if we would have gotten the tire changed in 3 laps. All in all a good night with awesome food, nachos were GREAT. Now on to fixing the cars and getting them ready for next week as we will be back to Springport Motor Speedway Saturday night. Races start at 7pm with a another great night of cars. Thank you to all the fans that came out as well.
