The serious side of training: Watch as 14 year-old Kailey ROCKS a deep-water rescue scenario! In the course, students learn how to bring an unconscious swimmer safely to the surface from a depth of 10 feet. Once on the surface, they use the skills learned in the course to swim them to safety while providing rescue breaths.
