We had a little misfortune at Ponderosa speedway in qualifying, jumped the cushion and got upside down. We had a fast car all night. I Really appreciate Black Diamond Racecars for the safe car and everyone that has called, text, and messaged to check in. We will see you tonight at the Talladega short track. I will be driving the Brian Qualls racing T1, filling in for my buddy Todd Morrow. Hope Todd gets his cast off soon so he can be back racing.

We were able to win a race tonight, that honored a great man, a man I called my friend. Marvin Ford was a great ambassador for the sport. I cannot wait to hang up that check on the wall, it’s definitely a special one.

I was really happy to have Dillon Crim in the pits tonight with me, after his accident, so glad he has recovered and feels like going racing.
