I had to stop her mid rep to snap some photos of them biceps. 🤩 She’s out here casually building arms most people half her age are still talking about wanting 💪🏻

One of her goals for this summer was to be able to use her upper body to get out of the pool without the ladder. So if you catch her at the local pool emerging from the water like she’s Aquawoman, know that she’s earned it!

I need to brag on this lady! Just 10 weeks out of knee surgery and she’s back, crushing it!! Surgery didn’t stop her, it challenged her. Healing isn’t linear, but she takes it in stride. Her upper body is much stronger than ever before!

Ten weeks later, this is why we don’t quit when it gets hard, we rise to it! Yesterday we got the okay to start training legs again and she impressed me with the balance and control she still maintained! Christa is the picture of resilience and strength. 💪🏻

9 months of commitment!
Yes, her workouts are tough, that teaches her to believe in herself. Yes, she had to clean up her diet, that’s self control. Yes, she tracks her macro’s, that’s accountability. Yes, she has days where she doesn’t feel as motivated, that’s discipline. No, she didn’t have to cut out carbs. No, she didn’t have to do extensive cardio sessions. Yes, she still can eat her cake pops when she gets a craving.🤪

Imagine where you would be now if you started 9 months ago.

Some recent group highlights! These ladies challenge themselves every session! I may have the occasional one or two who try to grab the lighter weights until they catch me watching 🤣
