Because they're busy taking care of everyone else.

Working.
Providing.
Fixing things.

This morning, I was thinking about how often we wear "busy" like a badge of honor.

We rush from one thing to the next.

Work.
Family.
Responsibilities.
Appointments.

And somewhere along the way, rest becomes something we'll get to later.

But what if rest isn't a reward?

What if it's part of how we're meant to live?

One of the things I love most about what I do is creating a space where people can step away from the noise for a little while.

✨The Changing Suite Is Complete! ✨

One of my goals for The Knotty Body has always been to create more than just a massage appointment.

I wanted to create an experience.

A place where you can step away from the noise, slow down, and settle in before your session even begins.

The new Changing Suite is now ready for guests and includes:

🌿 Personal lockers for your belongings

🌿 Plush robes

🌿 A peaceful space to transition out of “go mode”

🌿 Easy access to our lounge amenities

Clients are welcome to arrive up to 30 minutes before their appointment to enjoy the space, relax, sip a beverage from the Hydration Station, enjoy a hot towel face refresher, visit the paraffin bar, and simply… Be Still.

This project has been a labor of love, and seeing it finally come together fills my heart with gratitude.

I can’t wait to share it with you.

This is the FINAL major project before The Knotty Body spa is fully finished, and I couldn’t be more excited! 💙

I’ve got a vision for this space that’s going to elevate the entire client experience from the moment you walk through the door. Think relaxation, comfort, and a little touch of luxury… but I’ll let your imaginations run wild for now. 😉
