Sully’s New Year’s project of getting his massive handy gas plant up and running was successfully. It’s now being used as the work horse to boil down our maple sap. The crew is using only Coleman power to make maple syrup from the taps they put in our yard a couple weeks ago. As the sap boils down, the kids are having BB gun shooting competitions and practicing their archery skills in the background.

Sully sold most of the lanterns he had fixed up and ready to sell last round. He and his dad took a break for a while but are ready for another round of lantern repairs and sales. Let us know if you are interested in anything! They also worked together to make a chicken nesting box which is also for sale…you could always use a lantern to go check on your chickens after dark! 😉

Last night was the Coleman Festival at Lowe Volk Park. Jake and Sully had part of their collection on display. A week ago, Jake had the idea it would be fun to get a lantern cookie cutter and make some special treats to share. His fun idea turned in to a lot of work for me 😳😂 but I’m so happy with how they turned out!!
When I started decorating the red lanterns Sully walked in and exclaimed, “you’re making 200A lanterns too!?!” (200A is one of his favorite model numbers) Umm, of course! That’s exactly what I was making 😂🥰

We recently bought a BIG Coleman collection: lanterns, camp-stoves, heaters, coolers and water jugs. Jake and Sully have looked them over and picked out their keeps. They have also already started cleaning up and repairing lanterns.

We will use this FB page to sell pieces as they repair them and share pictures of the collection. If you are interested in buying any Coleman items let me know! If you are looking for something specific send me a message! Or just want any ol’ lantern…we have many for you to choose from! If you are looking to buy something “as is” to repair and fix up yourself we can accommodate that too!

Sully is also starting a Coleman Lantern Repair business…Sully’s Sunshine Repair. If you already have a lantern and want to have it cleaned up and see if it can be returned to working condition, contact one of his secretaries for more information. (Jake and I are his secretaries 😉)
