Kendal finished 2-2 at Fargo. We are so proud of all your accomplishments and dedication to the sport! You have represented Wakulla well and we look forward to seeing you on the mat come November! “Placing at the USA Wrestling National Championships in Fargo—widely considered the toughest youth and high school wrestling tournament in the world—is exceptionally hard. The event draws thousands of the best wrestlers from all 50 states, meaning almost every bracket is loaded with multiple state champions and nationally ranked prospects.”

Kendal is 2-0 on her first day of competing! She has 88 total wrestlers in her bracket. Her wins came by way of Tech Falls!

Middle school and high school practices are from 2:30-4:30 this week only. They will be 4-6 Tuesdays and Thursdays during the summer.

Friendly reminder- no girls K-5 practice this week. Practice will pick back up next week. Summer practices are Tuesday and Thursday, 6:30-7:30.

Very proud of our young Lady War Eagles! Ms. Grey , Alford, and Stevens wrestled great tonight! I wasn’t able to get a picture of all three of them together, but seeing them wrestling was really special. The future of the girls wrestling program looks bright!!
