Wakulla Girls Softball Association The Association wants to provide a potential stepping stone for the future in middle school, high school, travel ball and college.

Wakulla Girls Softball Association (WGSA) is a dedicated non-profit girls softball program for ages 6-16, that offers an independent, supportive environment for youth athletes to develop their skills and passion for the game. The goal of the Wakulla Girls Softball Association is to give all the young girls of Wakulla County the opportunity to learn the wonderful sport of softball, along with the

importance of sportsmanship, teamwork, and respect. We have varying age brackets depending on the number of players that sign up for each season. The fees paid by parents and contributions from sponsors cover much more than just the T-Shirt, socks, and belts. The fees pay for liability insurance, field rentals, preparation and upkeep of fields, and umpires for the games. We also purchase end of year tournament trophies/medals for winning teams. As you can imagine, the fees do not always cover all of these expenses, so we are always looking for sponsors. If you are interested in being a sponsor, there are various sponsorship levels. Wakulla is not only representing our Babe Ruth District 6, but our County!! We are so proud!

Our 10U ladies kept it close in the first two innings and gave it their all, but Marianna came out on top 9-1.

Thank you to everyone who supported our 8U, 10U and 12U All Star teams this weekend at Districts!

12U scored some runs and fought till the end, but came up short 7-6 to Taylor County. Way to battle ladies!

🔥10U was as hot as the temperature outside today! They knocked out Sneads 24-13, and then kept it going against Taylor County, 20-7! They continue tournament play tomorrow at 12 PM against Marianna! 🥎❤️🤍💙🥎

Our 8U battled from an 8-1 deficit, but fell short. These little ladies worked hard, gave it their all and made Wakulla proud!

10U is still alive after a 24-13 victory over Sneads. They move on to play Taylor County.

12U just started their first game of the day.
