Today, we remember the heroes who gave everything for something greater than themselves.

At ETHOS, we honor the sacrifice, courage, and selflessness of the men and women who fought for our freedom. Their legacy reminds us that character, resilience, and brotherhood mean more than the scoreboard ever will.

This Memorial Day, we pause to remember the fallen — and to live in a way worthy of their sacrifice. 🇺🇸🦅

😭😭😭

At ETHOS, we believe the greatest growth happens when your mind is telling you to stop, and every ounce of comfort is gone — but you keep moving anyway.

We teach our players to never quit on themselves.
Never doubt their team.
Never doubt their coaches.

Because adversity is where trust is built. Pain is where character is revealed. And the ability to conquer both is what separates average from uncommon.

Anyone can go hard when it’s easy.
The higher standard is pushing forward when it hurts.
When nobody else thinks you can.
When YOU don’t think you can.

That’s the standard we chase.
That’s the mentality we build.
That’s ETHOS.

And it starts with us. These clips become subtle reinforcements to the ones building ETHOS to keep pushing forward. When uncertainty and doubt weigh heavy on our backs. Reminders that the standard is never given, nor can it be taken…only earned. And we are no exception.

Some of my favorite motherhood moments look like this. 🤍

No uniforms.
No tournament schedule.
No mandatory practice.

From our 9U boys to our teenagers… they still gather in driveways and backyards until the sun disappears. They compete. Laugh. Play. Dream. Grow…TOGETHER.

And in these photos?
That’s Coach Dustin — not watching from the sidelines… but catching bullpen sessions and playing basketball as if he’s still a youngster himself. That’s a weekend “off” and no other way he’d rather spend it.

It’s always been bigger than baseball.

This is the part people don’t always see:
The belonging.
The mentorship.
The safe place.
The relationships these boys will remember long after the wins and losses fade.

That’s the heart behind ETHOS. And this is just a glimpse through a mama’s lens.
