🏆 “Best Gym in the World” 🏆

This prestigious award was presented on a tiny blackboard by some of our Kids Krav students, so naturally we will be updating all marketing materials immediately.

In all seriousness, this made our whole day. We love these kids, we love watching their confidence grow, and we are so grateful they feel at home here.☺️

Still, we appreciate her commitment to team spirit and emotional support snack inspections.

KO Parkinson’s is all about movement, encouragement, and fighting back together — and apparently Jolie has decided every good boxing program needs a very tiny, very serious mascot in a t-shirt.

We will be closed Friday through Monday for Memorial Day weekend. 🇺🇲

We hope everyone has a safe, restful holiday weekend as we take time to remember and honor those who gave their lives in service to our country.

Classes will resume as normal on Tuesday.
