I make time for workouts 5 - 6 times a week whether that's strength training, a HIIT Workout, or a run BUTTTT.... I make time to spend with God 7 days a week! HE IS MY FIRM FOUNDATION, and he's never let me down. My Faith & Fitness Classes are not just because God put it on my heart to help other women, but because it also helps me grow! You see when you realize growing spiritually helps you in EVERY aspect of your life, including physically, it changes everything! 💗
