Huge congratulations to our 2026 State Placers:

Easton Stohs (14u 175) and Tyler Hutchinson (HS 215) are STATE CHAMPIONS!!!

Dodger Day (8u 100) finished with 3rd place!!

Owen Kelley (8u 95) finished with 6th place!!

This past weekend, we had wrestlers all over the place!

Saturday: Little Apple Classic in Manhattan
We took 5 wrestlers to compete. We had one 2nd place finish, one 3rd place finish, one 4th place finish, and two did not place (but I heard they wrestled well!!)

Saturday: Frontier Feud in Overland Park
We took 4 wrestlers to compete. We had one 2nd place finish, one 6th place finish, and two did not place.

Sunday: Herington Kids Invitational
We took 44 wrestlers to compete. We had eleven 1st place finishes, thirteen 2nd place finishes, six 3rd place finishes, eleven 4th place finishes, and three 5th place finishes. Congratulations to Finn Schmitt, Dodger Day, Owen Kelley, Bennett Stohs, Rudson Villalobos, Ethan McDonald, Chandler Bender, Emmalyn Mullins, Kasten Elsen, Andi Harbaugh, and Madison Kopf on those golds!

Facts.

Wrestling will break your kid’s heart at some point

They will lose
They will cry
They will question themselves

And that’s exactly why it works

Wrestling teaches kids how to lose without quitting
How to work without guarantees
How to face pressure alone and still stand up

No shortcuts
No excuses
No blaming teammates

Just effort and accountability

That’s uncomfortable
But it’s powerful

Years from now
They may forget most of the matches

But they won’t forget what it felt like
To fight through something hard
And survive it

That lesson stays forever

This past weekend, we had wrestlers putting on some miles.

Saturday: Valley Center Round Robin

We had 8 wrestlers in attendance. We had three 1st place finishes, two 2nd place finishes, two 3rd place finishes, and one 4th place finish. Congratulations to Kasten Elsen, Dodger Day, and Owen Kelley on those golds.

Sunday: 1st Annual Girls Holiday Havoc

Andi Harbough was our only wrestler to venture down to Chanute, and she brought home 2nd place. Way to go!

Proud of every single one of wrestlers for showing up and putting in the work!
