Reminder that free strength and conditioning begins next Tuesday, June 9th at Big Kent’s. This is free to anyone grades 3-6 that have signed up for fall tackle with ALFA, or any 7-8 that has played with ALFA in the past. Email [email protected] to reserve your spot.

Don’t forget to signup for our FREE strength and conditioning camp offered by Big Kent's Strength and Fitness LLC. This is available to any 3rd through 6 (26/27 grade) that is signed up for ALFA tackle this fall or any 7/8 that has played tackle with ALFA in the past.
