6/30 Happy Friday!!!!
- Ok so tomorrow a majority of people will be celebrating the 4th of July which in result has many people traveling and involved in many activities. As I will myself. I need a show of hands who plans on attending class tomorrow at 10 a.m.
Why I asked is because last weekend I had zero show up. I understand it's summer time and families are busy yet I don't want to waste my time opening tomorrow if only a few people plan on showing up. Thank and I hope it's understood my concern.

The fair has ended and its raining outside so get yo self in the gym this afternoon and let's grind out a Workout. Ladies if you wanna add to your workout then feel free to join in the men's class as we will be outside on the power sled doing sprints.👇👇👇👇

5 and 6 p.m. classes
- Men's kickboxing at 7 p.m.

Tues: BJJ at 7 p.m.

Wednesday: Same schedule as Monday.

Thurs: BJJ at 7 p.m.

Friday: Women's boxing/kickboxing/circuit training at 630 p.m.

Saturday: Women's kickboxing/Strength at 10 a.m.
Men's kickboxing at 11 a.m.

Alpha Combat Training and Tactics 🥊
107 Sky Park Drive, Corydon, Indiana
- Meet gym member, Nicholas Rudd . Joined the gym approx 2.5 months ago wanting to join the kickboxing classes. Nick (Big Boy) said he was lazy, spending a lot of time playing videos games yet had an interest in kickboxing.
Well Chris Spicer and I began putting him through our weekly grind and months later Nicks weight has went from 260 to now 235.
Nicholas works, goes to school and works very hard in the gym each week. Needless to say we are proud of him at Alpha Combat so keep grinding 💪 buddy.
