This was an incredible weekend for the DanceSport Club at OSU. 5 couples were selected to compete at USA Dance’s Collegiate Nationals against some of the toughest competition on the east coast. Each couple showed incredible results; with every single OSU couple becoming a NATIONALS FINALIST 🔥. What’s even better, is we had three couples become International CHAMPIONS of their respective category! An incredible feat. We are so proud of these five couples and their hard work and dedication. Because of how well they scored, they received a certificate making Oregon State University ranked 2nd place as the team with the highest average score at the entire competition. Please congratulate these five couples on representing Oregon State University and the West Coast!

Autumn & Weston: Pre-Bronze - NATIONAL CHAMPIONS 🔥

Liam & Lena: Bronze - NATIONALS FINALISTS 🔥

-Smooth: Adult: 5th (FV) out of 50+ couples. Collegiate: 4th (WT), 3rd (FV) out of 50+ couples.
Basil & Tessa: Silver - NATIONALS FINALISTS 🔥
-Rhythm: 8th (M) out of 40+ couples,
-Latin: Collegiate: 5th in Paso, Adult: 5th in Jive (out of 50+ couples)
Aiden & Grace: Silver - NATIONAL CHAMPIONS 🔥
-Latin; Adult: 2nd (CRS), 1st (P), 4th (J) out of 50+ couples. Collegiate: 4th (CRS), 3rd (P) out of 50+ couples.
-Smooth: Adult: 5th (WTF), 7th (V) out of 30+ couples. Collegiate: 3rd (WTF) out of 30+ couples.
Madeline & Garrison: Novice - NATIONAL CHAMPIONS 🔥
-Latin; Collegiate: 1st out of 12 couples (CSRJ).
