And of course, when things go wrong, how can you get back home safely? We include worst case scenarios commonly encountered and how to survive a life threatening mishap far from help.

Our instructors are highly skilled, trained and experienced Backcountry Adventurers who have spent a lifetime doing these activities are here to teach you, one on one.
From Backpackers, Guides, Pilots, Off Roaders, Kayakers and Search and Rescue Team members, wilderness first aid, and white water raft guides, our instructors have backgrounds in all these disciplines.
We will teach you the things that you don't even know that you don't know!
This is not a hard core survival course where you learn how to eat rocks and make fire from ice... We teach you skills commonly used in these activities, and how to think on your feet when things don't go as planned. Even in worst case situations, we will equip you with what you need to know to survive!
Depending on the course, we offer half day, full day, overnight and multi day instruction.
Most can take place in local places like our little ranch, others require some travel to the river or high country
We work with you, just breaking you free from your preconceived comfort zone. Once there, the whole world changes in front of you!!!
