👑💙 Congratulations to Paige Schwartz, Lakeview’s Homecoming Queen! 💙👑

The Lakeview Girls Basketball program is so proud of you, Paige!

When others might shy away from a challenge, Paige faces it head-on—and helps those around her find the strength and confidence to do the same. She leads by example, lifts up her teammates, and shows what it means to care about something bigger than herself.

What more could you ask for from a queen? 👑

Congratulations, Paige! Your basketball family is cheering for you tonight! 🏀🐾💙🤍

👑🏀 Congratulations to Nicki Hufford, the first person drawn in the Lakeview Girls Basketball Queens of the Court Raffle!

Nicki will draw her card sometime this weekend. Will she uncover a RED QUEEN and cash in, or will the jackpot keep growing? Stay tuned to find out! ❤️👑

Thank you to everyone supporting our Lady Bulldogs! 💙🤍

🎟️ Tickets are $10 each or 3 for $25!

We’ll draw a name at halftime of tomorrow’s Lakeview football game! If the winner is there, they can draw their card at the game. If they aren’t, we’ll contact them. You do NOT need to be present to win!

🏀💙 OVER 100 YOUNG LADIES AND GROWING! 💙🏀

Help spread the word...

The Lakeview K–12 Girls Basketball Program has officially grown to OVER 100 young ladies! We’re incredibly excited about the direction of our program and the opportunity to keep building something special in our community.

🔥 K–2 | Little Dribblers
One day a week focused on FUN! Players learn basic basketball skills through games and activities designed to get them moving, learning, and excited about basketball.

🏀 Grades 3–6 | Youth Teams
The competition starts here! Teams will typically practice at least twice a week and play games on Saturdays while continuing to develop skills, teamwork, and confidence.

🐾 Junior High
Basketball becomes a bigger commitment with practices and games throughout the school week—typically five days a week with weekends generally free.

💪 High School
The competition gets turned up another level. We’re developing basketball players, but our goal is bigger than wins and losses. We want to help develop strong, confident young women on and off the court.

From our youngest Little Dribblers all the way through Varsity, we are building ONE PROGRAM and giving girls in our community a place to compete, grow, make friendships, and represent Lakeview!

💙🤍 100+ STRONG AND WE'RE NOT DONE GROWING!

It’s NOT TOO LATE to be part of it!

Ladies and Parents,

This Friday is our deadline to sign up for the 2026–27 basketball season.

Players can still sign up after Friday, but our plans for the season will be based on the numbers we have at the deadline and will not change afterward.

This is especially important at grade levels where our numbers may determine whether we have one team or two teams. Once we make those decisions and begin scheduling games, securing coaches, ordering uniforms and gear, and organizing teams, we cannot restructure everything because additional players sign up later.

Late signups may also mean that uniforms or other gear take longer to arrive.

Please help us spread the word! Take a look at the current signup lists I am posting below. If you notice a player who plans to participate but isn't listed, please reach out to her or her parents and remind them to get signed up by Friday.

We want every girl who wants to play to have that opportunity—we just need accurate numbers so we can build the best possible season for everyone.

Thank you for helping us get the word out!

🏀 2026–2027 Lakeview Girls Basketball Sign-Ups Are Open! 🏀

We are asking EVERY player in grades K–12 who plans to participate this season to complete our new registration form—even if you already signed up in the spring.

Completing the new form will give us updated contact information and accurate player numbers for each grade level so we can begin organizing teams, coaches, and leagues.

⭐ Grades K–2: Little Dribblers will meet one day each week to learn basketball fundamentals in a fun and encouraging environment.

⭐ Grades 3–6: Teams will participate in either the Badger League or Salem League based on grade-level numbers and player commitment.

⭐ Grade 7: We may have enough players to form two teams, but we need updated numbers before making that decision.

Please scan the QR code on the flyer to register. Middle school and high school students should also check their school email, and parents should check their email for additional information.

Help us spread the word by sharing this post with other Lakeview families!
