ππ What an Amazing Week for Lakeview Girls Basketball! ππ
As we wrap up the 2026 Lakeview Girls Basketball Camp, I can't help but reflect on how incredible this week was.
Every year I am amazed at how much these young ladies grow in just a few short daysβnot only as basketball players, but as teammates, leaders, and individuals.
A huge thank you goes out to our coaching staff for the countless hours, energy, and dedication they poured into making this camp a success. Your commitment to our program and these young athletes does not go unnoticed.
Thank you as well to all of the parents who volunteered their time throughout the week. Whether you helped with registration, activities, fundraising, or simply stepped in wherever needed, your support made a tremendous difference.
To cap off an amazing week, we enjoyed a fantastic Family Fun Day at the high school! A special thank you to the Cortland Fire Department for stopping by and helping everyone stay cool on a warm day.
What made the day even more special was opening the event to the entire community to support a cause that means so much to many families. Thanks to the generosity of our campers, families, community members, and supporters, we were able to raise and donate over $750 in just a little over four hours to Pink Lights the Way
Thank you, Lakeview, for once again showing what makes this community so special. Your support, generosity, and willingness to come together for a great cause are truly inspiring.
