Keegan, Angel and Jaime great company on the course. Amazes me to hear the same o same o's " looked up on that swing" NOT teed the ball too high NOT need a wider stance NOT .. and watching me go down the middle and hitting greens probably won't see them for a lesson.??? Second time this year 15 holes on blue heron course without a bogey. It just keeps getting better. 13 GIR finished with a 72. Swing is getting better but not there yet. Missed 12th green with an 8 iron. The old flaws in the swing keep wanting to sneak back in but knowing what they are is half the battle. Tip for the day "keep up with the group in front of you"!!!!!!!

You have heard the adage "give someone a fish they'll eat for a day, teach them to fish they can eat forever". Well there you go come see me it takes two hours to go thru your swing (I teach you to fish). Go see somebody else and you get a fish.

Last customer I worked with show some of the difficulties of golf. He came in for the initial lesson ( 2 hours) worked on his swing saw improvements on the driving range but had to convince himself to use the changed swing on the course. Once he made that commitment to let go of the old swing he played better on the course, So number one recognizing he wasn't gong to find the answer on his own. Two taking the change to the course when it's so much easier to stay with what's comfortable.

Another round. This one at blue heron (with the rains seeing some peak conditions, thank you Javier and crew). Enjoyable round with Ben and Ernie, front side 37, 4 GIR, 14 putts // back nine 36, 8 GIR, 17 putts. Total 73, 12 GIR, 31 putts. Good day with the putter made some 4-6 footers to save pars (caught the edge on 3 other putts). One birdie on 17. Swing isn't there yet but getting closer. Trying random fixes won't get you there. You have to know where you are off and what correct is.......

Another good round at Oso. 9 GIR's, 31 putts, 39 front 37 back 76. putts were not falling else it would have been better. One of those days.
