Happy 10th Birthday to our #11, Averie Ramirez! As the final member of our team to officially turn 10, she’s closing out the single digits in style. 🥳

Averie joined our STX Cavalry family early this year and has been an absolute power on the mound for her 2nd year of 10u 💪🏽 Off the field, she might seem quiet at first—until she gets around her teammates and her true, hilarious personality comes shining through. On the field, she’s a coach’s dream: deeply pure-hearted, incredibly coachable, quick to make adjustments, and always keeps her cool under pressure. Win or lose, you’ll never see her hang her head. Her growth over these past few months has been phenomenal to watch, and we are so lucky to have her in the circle and in our dugout! ⚔️✨

Not the outcome we were hunting for, but this squad showed serious grit yesterday! 🥎🔥

Going 1-2 on the day wasn’t the ending we wanted. But does it make us want to push even harder? ABSOLUTELY YES. These girls fought through pure Texas heat, powered through a heavy rain delay, and then pushed right back out there when the sun beat down with barely a breeze to cool them off. The conditions were tough and the bounces didn't go our way, but one tough day will NEVER stop this team from coming back stronger. 💪🏽

⚔️Brooklynn x2 - Pure hustle on the mound and bringing the heat at the plate! Came through with a huge stick when it mattered most and pitched her heart out through it all
⚔️Allison – A total brick wall behind the plate and bringing a heavy stick!
⚔️Anabel – Made those crucial adjustments and kept putting key contact on the ball!
⚔️Averie – Handled the pressure on the rubber and made pitching look absolutely effortless!
⚔️Ava – Came up huge with clutch hits after making quick, smart adjustments at the plate!

Head held high—we are beyond proud of the fight in these girls! We’re taking a brief breather before getting right back to work. Expect to see us back out on the dirt in two weeks, tightening things up, sharpening our game, and ready to make some noise! ❤️⚔️💙

🎉 Help us wish our #4, Emree Esparza, a very Happy Birthday! 🎂
Whether she’s dominating on the mound, hitting bombs, or flying around the bases, Emree does it all! 💪🔥 She’s one of our shyest players, but we’ve loved watching her come out of her shell and grow in confidence since the very first day she joined us. ❤️
She’s a great teammate, has an amazing attitude, and is always coachable. We’ve truly enjoyed watching her growth both on and off the field!

Livi is one of the youngest athletes across all of Cavalry, but her heart and presence are huge. She joined us as a practice player and has put in the work to grow into a phenomenal athlete. ✨ Watching her transform from those early days of extra reps into the confident, determined athlete she is today has been nothing short of incredible! Livi brings a rare kind of energy to this team. You can always hear her from a mile away—she keeps the dugout loud, electric, and locked into every single pitch! ⚡️🥎

🔥🏆 CHAMPIONSHIP SATURDAY BELONGED TO THE CAVALRY! 🏆🔥
Another full day of softball at the Labor Day Dash Tournament in Seguin, and our 12U Red girls came ready to make a statement!
Their FIRST tournament of the year and they came out swinging! 💥 These young ladies put their skills on display in every part of the game—clutch hitting, big defensive plays, and dominant pitching!
They battled through tough competition, battled through the Texas heat 🥵, and most importantly, they battled TOGETHER! When the pressure was on, they stepped up and continued to fight until the final out.
And when it was all said and done...
🏆🥎 STX CAVALRY 12U RED — TOURNAMENT CHAMPIONS! 🥎🏆
🏆 CHAMPIONSHIP MVP — Aysia Barrera
Aysia was lights-out in the circle, throwing a complete game and shutting out the opposition! 🔥 What a way to finish!

The toughness and grit this girl displayed all weekend was something special. Catching the majority of the games and continuing to battle behind the plate—true Cavalry toughness! 💪

When we needed the big hit, these two came through with clutch hitting and run production!

Making plays all over the field at shortstop and second base, Emilee was a defensive force all weekend!

What a weekend for STX Cavalry 10u! ❤️⚔️💙🔥
Their very first tournament was one for the history books, defined by pure heart, grit, and incredible talent.
Through the blistering heat and sweat, these girls fought through a grueling 14-hour day and left everything on the field to finish as Tournament Finalists! 🥈🔥✨

After a tough 1-point loss in bracket play sent them to the loser’s bracket, giving up was NEVER an option. Even after losing a teammate to heat exhaustion in Game 3, the remaining 9 players dug deeper and played with relentless hunger!

The Road to the Finals:
⚔️ Game 4: Down 10-1 in the second inning? No problem. The girls clawed back and sealed it with an unforgettable walk-off victory!
⚔️ Game 5: Total domination with an 8-2 win.
⚔️ Game 6: A flawless 12-0 shutout, killing it on and off the field.
⚔️ Game 7: Pushing past pure fatigue to take home the Finalist hardware.

This group did not mess around during the off-season, and every single bit of hard work showed today! A massive thank you to Cat, our pick-up player and now forever softball sister, for stepping up big for us this weekend 💪🏽

History in the making! 💙⚔️❤️🥎🔥

Our STX Cavalry 12u Blue made their official debut Saturday, and we couldn't be prouder of the heart, hustle, and grit these girls showed on the field. 💪🏽
It was a scorcher out there, but the heat didn't stop the bats from cranking. From the first pitch, the girls were hitting, and as the game went on, the dugout started bringing the noise — building that unshakeable team chemistry. Our pitchers stepped up big time and completely held down the fort!
Although it wasn't the exact ending we wanted, this is just the beginning. The foundation is set, and our girls are headed straight back to the lab to polish up the details, put in the work, and come out even stronger for the next one ⚔️✨
