Congratulations to our Boys and Girls Cross Country teams on a great performance today at the Islander Splash XC Invitational!

Our runners competed hard, and several of them recorded personal records (PRs) today! 🔥 Seeing our athletes continue to improve and push themselves each week makes us extremely proud as coaches.

A special congratulations to Jordan Oblad, who placed 24th out of 175 runners in the JV Division! Great job, Jordan!

We are now one month away from District, so every practice and every meet matters. We have to stay focused, continue working hard, and make sure we are ready to compete at our best when District arrives.

Great job by our London Boys and Girls Cross Country teams today at the Flour Bluff Cross Country Meet at Malaquite Beach! Our runners competed hard, represented London well, and continued to show improvement. We are proud of every athlete who stepped up and competed today!

It was a HOT one, but our runners battled through the heat, competed hard, and kept pushing to the finish! We are extremely proud of the effort and determination our team showed today.

Congratulations to our London Boys and Girls Cross Country teams on a great effort at the Trojan Invitational XC Meet!

🥈 Our boys finished 2nd overall! Great job competing and representing London!

Our girls continue to improve each week, and we are proud of the effort, determination, and progress they are showing.
