Congratulations to our final MVPs of the Summer Flag Football season! 🎉 These athletes earned this recognition through their effort, teamwork, sportsmanship, and outstanding play on the field.

As we wrap up the regular season, we want to congratulate ALL of our players for the hard work, growth, and determination they’ve shown week after week. From opening day to now, we’ve seen so much improvement, confidence, and love for the game.

A huge thank you to our coaches, referees, volunteers, and families for helping make this season such a success. HYSL wouldn’t be possible without your support!

Week 4 brought more great plays, incredible effort, and plenty of reasons to celebrate! 🎉

Congratulations to our Week 4 MVPs! These athletes showed up ready to compete, support their teammates, and give their best effort on the field. Their hard work and positive attitude continue to make HYSL Summer Flag Football such a fun and rewarding experience.

🧠⚽ The mental side of sports matters too.

For years, we’ve watched athletes in HYSL and work hard to develop their physical skills. This summer, we’re excited to offer something that focuses on an equally important part of the game—their mindset.

Many of you already know Patricia Hamilton as a fellow sports parent whose children have been part of our leagues for years. What you may not know is that she is also an experienced psychologist.

This unique program is designed specifically for young athletes and will help them develop skills such as:
✅ Confidence
✅ Focus & concentration
✅ Emotional control
✅ Handling pressure
✅ Goal setting
✅ Leadership & teamwork
✅ Stress management
✅ Performance mindset

Whether your athlete struggles with nerves before games, gets frustrated after mistakes, or simply wants to gain a mental edge heading into their fall season, this group can provide valuable tools they’ll use both on and off the field.

Spots are limited to just 15 athletes per group, so don’t wait to register!
