Our next instructor we wanna reintroduce is Drew! 🤩
She’s been doing Pilates for 3 years and been with Pilates Circle Corona for almost a year! 💪
Her favorite thing about Pilates is how much it helps many that would typically struggle with mobility. It has helped her personally through severe scoliosis and pregnancy! 👶🏻
Her favorite workout is standing exercises on the reformer to challenge her balance and strength simultaneously! 🙌
