- Cycle & Sculpt 💪🏽🚲 (45 mins)
Time on & off the bike! Start off the bike with some lower body muscle focus then hop on the bike for a killer, full body workout.
- Mat Strength x Stability 💪🏽 (55 mins)
No riding time, strictly full body mat strengthening with reps and sets, focusing on form, improving mobility, and challenging stability.
- Heated Mat Sculpt 🔥 (45 mins)
No riding time, heated mat Pilates inspired, full body burn! Strengthen your core, improve flexibility, and improve flexibility.
