We are pleased to Welcome Coach Deb Chucoski into the Gaffer City Family
Deborah “Deb” Chucoski brings more than 15 years of coaching experience and a genuine love for helping young athletes grow both on and off the field. With a degree in Exercise Science and an emphasis in Strength and Conditioning, Deb is passionate about creating a safe, supportive environment where players can build confidence, learn new skills, and discover the joy of being part of a team.
Deb’s own soccer journey began at the U12 level and continued through high school, where she earned two All-American awards. She later competed at the NAIA Division I collegiate level, experiences that taught her the value of hard work, resilience, friendship, and believing in yourself—lessons she hopes to pass along to every player she coaches.
Beyond soccer, Deb proudly represented Team USA as a professional Paratriathlete from 2020 to 2025, competing internationally and earning points for Team USA. Those experiences strengthened her appreciation for perseverance, teamwork, and the power of showing up with heart—values she brings into every practice and game.
Most of all, Deb believes youth soccer should be a place where children feel encouraged, included, and proud of their progress. She is excited to partner with families, celebrate each player’s growth, and help every child develop not only as an athlete, but as a confident teammate who loves the game.
