I’ve re-fallen in love with barbell work. I did have to take the day off from lifting today and did stretching only because my body told me it hit a wall and I understand the need to listen to it. I ordered this book this morning and it was delivered while I was at work. It’s one of the premier references on barbell work and I’m excited to learn more. 🏋🏻‍♀️
