Our 14s team entered this tournament focused on growth. We emphasized aggressive hitting (even if that meant errors like balls into the net) and introduced a 5–1 system at full game speed for the first time. The goal wasn’t to win, but to develop skills in real-game situations.

At times, the girls were harder on themselves than they needed to be, letting frustration creep in. But that competitive edge is something you can’t teach, and it’s a strength we hope they keep. We saw great progress with the 5–1, along with strong swings and some incredible saves. A solid weekend of learning and growth. Way to compete, Tide & Timbers!

Rolling into the Rogue X Tournament 6/7 strong… guess we’re about 85% charged but still 100% heart 💪🏽🏐😂

Missing half of our girls and definitely feeling it, but we’re playing for them and hoping they will be back to 100% soon ❤️

🏐 Meet the Player Monday 🏐

This week we’re highlighting two players who continue to grow, work hard, and show what dedication to the game looks like!

👏 Audrianna is in her first season and already making an impact with a killer serve that keeps opponents on their toes. She’s been putting in the work learning how to use her swing and become more aggressive at the net, and it’s been great to see her confidence grow each week. The future is bright as she keeps developing her game!

💪 Naila is one of our setters who truly does it all. Not only does she run the offense, but she can also hit, dig, and step up wherever the team needs her. What makes her story even more inspiring is that she continues to push through medical barriers just to play the game she loves. That determination and heart is something every athlete can learn from.

🏐 Meet the Player Monday 🏐

Averie 💫 in her very first season and you wouldn’t believe the progress she’s made already. From learning the basics to stepping confidently on the court, she’s been putting in the work and it shows. Most importantly, she’s truly falling in love with the game, and that passion is what makes her growth so exciting to watch. 💙

Maeve 💫 is the definition of an all-around athlete. Need a setter? She’s got it. Outside? No problem. Middle? She’ll step in. Back row? Locked in. Her versatility and willingness to do whatever the team needs make her an incredible asset on the court. 🙌

So proud of both of these players for their effort, growth, and commitment to the team! Keep working hard—big things ahead! 🔥🏐

Taking 1st place in their bracket (Gold/Bronze/Diamond divisions combined) and finishing 5th overall out of 15 teams — that’s a performance to be proud of!

The growth, grit, and teamwork showed every match. Keep building, keep pushing… this is just the beginning! 💪🔥
