Had to represent AGOGE FIGHT LEAGUE at my DekaFit this past weekend in Raleigh NC!!!

I don’t do kickboxing or Jiu Jitsu, but I love working out, discipline and competition, even at 62 years of age!

That’s some of many things I appreciate about our fighters and coaches.

A huge thank you to every competitor, coach, referee, volunteer, and supporter who helped make the AGOGE Summer Open an incredible day.

The energy in the building was amazing from the first match to the last. Seeing athletes of all ages and experience levels compete with heart, respect, and sportsmanship is exactly why we started AGOGE.
