The winter season is more than half over. Time is flying by in Florida. Enjoying my time teaching at The Pilates Firm. It's my third season with this great group of instructors. As the Summer 2025 season comes to a close, I wanted to thank all of the new and returning clients who came to the studio this summer. It's always fun to meet other instructors. Thanks to Paola from Equilibrium Pilates & Fitness for stopping by this past June (all the way from Georgia) for a couple of sessions on the reformer.

As the resort season comes to a close, I want to thank all of you who spent time with me in the Pilates studio this year! A huge THANK YOU to my regulars, White Eagle Resort on Lake Vermilion, Everett Bay Lodge, and those who dropped in for a session while on vacation. I appreciate all of you.

It was a fabulous year of growth for DMS Fitness & Pilates….more clients, more equipment (see photo), and more fun.

I'm excited to announce that DMS Fitness & Pilates is going to be BIGGER and BETTER in 2024.

BIGGER:
I have a newly remodeled studio in Cook, MN. Same location, but now the studio actually has FOUR walls and a door (with heat and A/C)! My Reformer, Chair, Springboard and two TRX Suspension trainers have a real home

BETTER:
I've been in Naples, Florida, this past winter honing my skills while working at a boutique studio where I've deepened my Pilates knowledge working for a wonderful mentor. I can't wait to share new techniques, approaches and exercises with you.
I'd like to start offering group Pilates classes (either Mat focused or rotating stations). If you're interested and have a friend or friends, please let me know. I can accommodate up to 4 people in my studio. I can also come to you for group Mat classes.


I'll be putting the final touches on the studio throughout the month of May. I'll be ready for clients by Memorial Day Weekend (Friday, May 24). If you're anxious to get in sooner, please let me know. I'm sure we can figure something out.
