CBC is proud to introduce Coach Justin Watson, leader of our 12U moving to 13u team.

With 8 years of coaching experience, an NJCAA Division I All-Conference playing career, a .400 lifetime batting average, and a passion for player development, Coach Justin brings a unique blend of baseball knowledge, leadership, and mentorship to our program.

His philosophy is simple:

Class. Character. Camaraderie.

Combined with his belief in the Five Ps—Proper Preparation Prevents Poor Performance—Coach Justin is committed to helping players become better athletes, better teammates, and better young men.

Players can expect real development, high standards, accountability, and a coach who will challenge them to reach their full potential.
