Join us on June 28th from 9:00–10:45 AM at Alpine Yoga for Support & Soften: Deep Breaths with Basic Moves, a Forrest Yoga workshop guided by Ann Hyde and inspired by the lineage and teachings of Ana Forrest.
This workshop will explore Ana Forrest’s foundational 10 basic moves alongside deep breathing techniques designed to support awareness, grounding, and connection within the body. Through intentional movement and breath, students will have the opportunity to build strength with integrity while also creating space for release, support, and nervous system regulation.
Forrest Yoga is known for its emphasis on breath, core connection, and mindful attention to the body’s internal experience. This workshop offers an accessible entry point into the practice while also providing depth for those looking to refine and deepen their understanding.
Open to all levels. Whether you are brand new to Forrest Yoga or returning to the practice, you are invited to come exactly as you are.
