The games to win $10,000 starts tonight !

This Sunday we will give $10,000 to one lucky winner ! Each night this week you have a chance to qualify. It’s simple, we will post a video on this page at 7pm, you follow the instructions of the video. Each round (5 rounds, over 5 days) we will choose 10 people and this Sunday February 9th those 50 people will all come together at the Zoo Health club in Concord,NH and compete in a series of games and challenges until one person is left and they are given the $10,000! It's so crazy when you confront your fears to find out it really is mind / matter.

I wasn't training regularly, and was disappointed in my post partum recovery. I was afraid that clients wouldn't trust my judgment because I'm not bodybuilding competition ready. What if I failed at this too?

Turns out, I didn't need to be worried! What a relief it was to cross that finish line though. Just a reminder to all those in a rut... it won't last forever & you can do hard things.

It hasn't been the smoothest of pregnancies... but I still dig deep and find my why. Showing up for myself, getting the blood flowing with endorphins is a must in this 3rd trimester. 👶🏼
Gotta take time for myself while I still can!

It was said that if I don't make time for my health, I will be forced to take time for my illness. & I choose health!
