from Mexico 🏖️ made a pit stop in Arizona on our way for my 1st Spartan of 2026 (should have been 4th, darn ❄️ storm). Arizona Super. Landed 🥇 place in age group (beat out 2nd by 20 min!!) great start to 2026!

Vulnerable post… but proud.

One year ago I showed up to my first HYROX not really knowing what I was capable of.
This year I finished my eighth, placing top 5 in my age group!

Same person.
Different mindset.

In the last 12 months I:
• trained harder
• got more consistent
• stopped making excuses
• and started believing I could actually get better

No shortcuts.
Just early mornings, tired legs, and showing up anyway.

And it paid off.

10 minutes faster.

But honestly… the biggest win isn’t the time.
It’s the strength, confidence, and grit I built along the way.

Proof that one year of commitment can completely change you.

If you’re at the beginning — keep going.
Future you is stronger than you think. 💛

Chicago, you were unreal! 🔥
Not 1, not 2, but 3 Hyrox races in one weekend!
• Females doubles Friday morning with
• Mixed doubles Saturday evening with
• Solo race #5 on Sunday morning … where I finally hit my sub-1:30 PR 🙌

And the wildest part? I shaved off nearly 5 minutes from my solo time in just two weeks. 😳🔥
My first time doing doubles AND racing multiple hyrox in one weekend — and it all paid off. Hard work, consistency, and a little bit of chaos. 💪🖤

Now… eyes on the next one: Anaheim, December 14. Let’s go. 👀🔥

Ladies… let’s talk real for a second.
Menopause kicked my butt. 🥴

The weight gain, the exhaustion, the brain fog — I didn’t feel like me anymore. My energy was gone and I felt like I was constantly fighting my own body.

One day, I decided I was done just “pushing through.”
I went on HRT, built a supplement routine, and started focusing on nutrition that fuels me — prioritizing protein and nutrient-dense foods.
And yes, I still had my sweets and a few adult beverages 🍫🍷 — because life’s about balance, not perfection.

I also started tracking my progress with InBody to make sure I was losing fat — not muscle. My goal wasn’t just a smaller number on the scale, but to maintain lean mass and build strength along the way. 💪

It hasn’t been easy.
It’s been months of hard work, consistency, and a whole lot of grace when progress felt slow.

Same woman. Same race.
But a completely different energy.
I’m stronger, leaner, and more confident — not because of a quick fix, but because I decided to take back control of my health. 💪

To all the women in this phase of life — I see you. 💛
Menopause is tough, but you are tougher.
With the right support, mindset, and consistency, you can absolutely feel like yourself again — maybe even better.

Let’s normalize women getting stronger in midlife.
Let’s redefine what this chapter looks like. 🌟

I managed to surprise Donny for his 60th birthday! It was no easy task but he was completely surprised by his party last night. It helped that we had celebrated not once but twice prior to his surprise party 😂 We did our annual Mother’s Day / birthday celebration on Sunday, Donny and I went to Mastro’s (highly recommended) on Wednesday, which was his actual birthday and then his surprise party at Pinnacle last night. It was fun to celebrate 🎉 Happy Birthday Donny! 🥰🥳 love you 😘
