So... with the weekend over, let's talk about Saturday night racing.
First lap of the hot laps, car felt great, then during the second, my temp light came on, so I pulled off the track. Heard over the race-ceiver that my transponder wasnt working and to trade it out. Made a few adjustments to the car for the heat race, but was apparently crossing paths with a staff member who was looking for me with my new transponder and I didn't make it to the lineup shoot in time for the heat.
I knew I had to take it easy in the feature if I was going to last more than 1 lap. I think I made it 5 or six before I got the "GET OUTTA THE DAMN WAY" flag and decided to pull off the track. Hopefully, I didn't get in anyone's way as I was trying to exit.
Anyway- not going to give up, just gotta keep making changes until the right one works.
