Sometimes the hardest opponent in sports
isn’t the other team.

Don’t mess up.

they stop playing freely.

They hesitate.

Mistakes are part of it.

Great hitters strike out.

What separates strong athletes
isn’t avoiding mistakes.

It’s how quickly they reset and compete again.
