🥎 11U Black Player(s) of the Week: Harlie Hughes ( #23) & Hallie Morgan ( #2) 🥎

Harlie and Hallie were difference-makers all weekend for 11U Black 💪

Harlie was locked in at the plate, leading the team with 8 RBIs while posting a .941 slugging percentage and a team-best 1.412 OPS. She also shut things down in right field, preventing extra-base hits and making life difficult for opposing hitters 👏⚡️

Hallie embodied everything Diesel is about. She stepped into every role asked of her, came through in big situations, scored key runs, drove in 7 RBIs, and kept defenses on edge with aggressive, smart baserunning 🏃‍♀️💨

Together, they were exceptional teammates, always ready to help the team however needed—including serving as courtesy runners to support their pitchers and catchers 🔥

Happy Mother’s Day to this group of fabulous ladies! They are the snack packers, jersey washers, the schedule planners. They give the hugs after a tough game, they scream the loudest from the stands. They are strong, loving, brave, and exactly what this group of girls needs.

Went 1-1 today against some tough 12U teams. Back in action tomorrow in our original location for bracket play.

Well…it IS going to be a beautiful day for some softball, buuuuut Mother Nature decided to pop off last night so a slight change of plans AND venue. We’re back in Greensburg, so we’ll see you there at 10.

Maybe bring your favorite softball mom a coffee or treat because I can guarantee they put in a little extra work this morning 😉❤️🥎🖤
