LONG TIME, NO SEE! How’s everyone doing!?
Don’t worry everyone, I’m still around!
As many of y’all know, I’m currently back in school getting my PhD in Kinesiology / Exercises Science at Miss. State. So between my job out on Columbus AFB, and my study’s, I’ve had VERY limited time for private sessions…but as this summer approaches I’m pumped to start getting some 1v1 and group sessions rolling again!
So be on the look out for news in the next few weeks regarding news for our summer speed camp, & custom tailored S&C sessions!!
