For anyone who’s been wondering how to fit taking care of themselves into the week - here’s my typical weekly wellness plan 📆

As a yoga studio owner, wellness has been important to me for a long time. But surviving cancer made me realize how making wellness a priority is key to me showing as as the best mom, daughter, sister, friend and leader I can be.

My goal: schedule in 1 thing each day of the week so I know my oxygen mask is on first before trying to help others with theirs!

I treat wellness on my calendar like a high priority, can’t miss meeting - because it is! As I learned the hard way, consistently putting yourself last will eventually catch up with you. And on top of this, I want to model for my children the importance of taking good care of your body, mind & spirit.

Sundays = 10am Power Yoga with Mandeep and meal prepping for the week

Mondays = 9:30am Power Yoga with my brother Ryan Rodgers

Tuesdays = a strength focused class outside of GoYoga with my business partner Carrie Carrie Downey

Wednesdays = rest day…its a busy day at work so my movement is generally limited to a good walk with the dogs

Thursdays = adjustment from Dr. Dana Wi******er at The Wi******er Institute The Wi******er Institute of Chiropractic Health and Wellness

Thursdays = Private Reformer Pilates session with the amazing Amy White at Align (inside of Peak Human Performance)

Fridays = 10am yoga with weights with Bridget Bridget Lorentz

And then 1-2 times through out the week a sauna plus cold plunge session at Wave Wave Functional Wellness

Saturdays = family day…super important for wellness!
